PKF – Studio TCL – Tax Consulting Legal is a professional firm, whose members include Chartered Accountants, Auditors, and Lawyers working in the field of tax, corporate and civil law both in Italy and abroad as of 1983 and is member of PKF International Limited.
The Firm also offers a multifamily office and provides specialized services for all advisory activities (due diligence, appraisals, M&A, restricting plans, corporate finance) and outsourcing services (administrative, accounting tax and payrolls) with the support of specialized companies.
The Firm relies on specialized professionals with strong experience in tax law, bankruptcy law, business restructuring, ITA and IAS GAAP, corporate/commercial law and labor law and experts in the business and financial management. Some of professionals at the Firm have earned knowledge in prime firms or with the Big Four firms and have been appointed by Civil and Criminal Courts to serve as independent consultants and members of arbitration Chambers. They have also taught classes at Scuola Superiore di Economia delle Finanze and are authors of several publications on specialized reviews.
Our Firm services are directed to businesses, company groups, professionals and families with the intent to provide a tailor-made assistance and complete and useful support to their operations, both in Italy and abroad, by bringing solutions in relation to general or specific issues.
The Firm has membership in the AIFI, the Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital, established in May 1986 to develop, coordinate and provide institutional representation to investors on Italian private equity and venture capital market.
The Firm is a member of Tax & Legal internal committee at AIFI. Its involvement with AIFI allows the Firm to be in contact with the main investment funds and commercial banks. This along with other opportunities allows the Firm to step up as a privileged point of contact in connection with high profile consultations, complex transactions, and M&A, which entail multi-disciplinary skills and overall experience in relation to the business environment as well as the family needs.
Our clients are listed and unlisted groups, category associations, public and private companies, entities, single businesses and families, other professional firms, which receive high specialization services.
Knowledge of the law and international tax aspects permits our professionals to assist Italian and foreign clients in transactions, which can also involve foreign jurisdictions where, if needed, our Firm can rely on consolidated ties with local tax and law firms.
